Making a donation/tribute to Congregation Kol Tikvah is more than just a charitable act – it’s an investment in community, tradition, and spiritual growth.
If you have not done so already, you may create a perpetual tribute by getting a memorial plaque to go on the Memorial Wall located in our Sanctuary. See attached form for more tribute options.
Tzedakah (charity) is considered the highest form of memorializing a loved one in Judaism. Please consider making a contribution to the fund of your choice as a way of honoring your loved one.
You may choose to sponsor an Oneg in honor of an event of your choice. While many people like to sponsor a Kiddush to mark an important anniversary or birthday, one is not limited to personal landmarks or life cycle events. Sponsor an Oneg in honor of the land of Israel, Health and Healing and any other special reason for which you may be thankful.
Sponsor an Oneg
Honor someone you love or celebrate an upcoming simcha.
We invite you to sponsor a Shabbat or Holiday Oneg as a way to mark a personal lifecycle or a shehecheyanu experience. Sponsor an Oneg in remembrance of a loved one on their yahrzeit, in celebration of a new baby, a loved one’s accomplishment, graduation, anniversary or birthday, or for any other reason that holds meaning for you. It is a wonderful way to honor someone special in your life.
As a sponsor, your name and dedication are read from the bima, and you help us celebrate Shabbat with the warmth and community that are characteristic of our congregation.
